Mobile OBD Diagnostics & Car Performance Upgrades

Our Mobile Engineers visit you and Hyperchip your ECU via a 16 pin diagnostic socket in your vehicle.

You don't need to bring your car to us, we can come to you. So how do we actually perform the upgrades? The first thing to bear in mind is that "chipping" is a little bit misleading. The term came about when chips were installed into the Engine Control Unit to adjust its settings, but nowadays the changes are usually done remotely without any hardware changes.

From 2001 onwards all vehicles have been fitted with an on-board diagnostics (OBD) port which gives direct access to your car's Engine Control Unit (ECU). That means our Mobile Engineers can visit you at home to Hyperchip your car using the on-board diagnostic socket in your vehicle. In just one hour we can have your ECU remapped for a significant performance boost, no waiting, no time without a car, no hassle.

If you can arrange to meet us anywhere inside the green area on the map then our mobile engineers can perform the upgrade at your convenience. Just contact us to arrange a time and location and our engineers will come to you to perform the upgrade. If you live outside the green area on the map we can still perform a BDM upgrade.

BDM Tuning VS OBD Tuning

The two methods produce exactly the same results, they are just two different ways of going about the same thing. An OBD upgrade uses your vehicle's on-board 16-pin diagnostics port, which gives direct access to the ECU. Through the OBD port we can make changes to your ECU, remapping it for fuel economy, performance, and anything else you desire. We can perform an OBD upgrade at your home using our specialist equipment.

A BDM upgrade is a little different. Since it's not done through the OBD port we need to physically get our hands on the ECU to make the changes. Rather than remapping the ECU through a convenient port, we have to open the ECU and interface with it directly. Because of this we can't do a BDM upgrade on site, the changes must be made at our HQ. It's a simple case of our customers removing the ECU and sending it special delivery to our HQ.

Both methods produce exactly the same results; a faster, more powerful and more fuel efficient car. All upgrades are safe, seamlessly reversible, and 100% guaranteed.
